The Health Care Accreditation Council (HCAC) is an international non-profit institution
serving and working for more than 12 years and dedicated to developing and improving the quality of health services
and promoting the principles of patients' safety in the United Arab Emirates by qualifying the health sector's cadres
and incorporating a network of experts to work within the accreditation system, which is based on the standards and
quality programs in accordance with a participatory approach, in addition to providing consulting and building
competencies and national awareness.
HCAC is an internationally renowned accreditation institution and remains the first and foremost entity in
the East Mediterranean region – and one in 13 worldwide – to receive and maintain all three accreditations from
ISQua: for the Organization, for Standards and for the Surveyor Training.
